Bank holiday Monday and we're having a really lazy day. I had every intention of sorting out some paint samples and negotiating new colours for the lounge & the snug today, but it's pouring rain outside so it's much more conducive to trawling through my pile of lovely interiors magazines and just contemplating re-decorating instead.
We've had the landscaper and his band of merry men working away this past week, turning the rather ordinary looking slabbed front pathway into a much improved and prettier (can bricks and slabs be pretty?) space. They've still got to finish that and start the back patio, but it's looking sooo much better already.
