On the way back from lunch and a wander around the pretty town of Moreton-in-Marsh in the Cotswolds, we stopped off at Broadway Tower. It was a lovely sunny day, albeit windy, and the view from the top is beautiful. Apparently one can see across 14 counties... we didn't manage to identify them all!
And another wee detour en route home took us to Coughton Court for a wander around the gardens. No time to visit the house this time, but definitely a return trip is on the cards.
