Methinks those two glorious weeks we had at the end of May was it!
It's not that it's that cold, it's just that it's that rainy.
And windy.
We've got two lots of friends coming to visit from SA over the next two weeks, so here's hoping the sun will come back and stay for a while. It did put in a brief appearance on Wednesday, but by Thursday morning it had disappeared again.
This morning, the pups and I braved the elements and headed over to Woodgate valley to join Gill & Breagha for a rather wet and muddy walk.

The valley is looking so pretty with all the buttercups and wild flowers (how come in the wild they're called flowers, and in our garden they're called weeds? Just wondering...)
Then back to the Edward's to dry off and enjoy a nice cup of tea & a yummy lunch.
So we've had a really good day - despite the weather :-)
Hope you've had a good one too. Happy weekend,
xoxo
