What a lovely way to spend a day... being creative with oh-so-pretty flowers, learning from the guru (the lovely Sally Page: www.flowershopstories.blogspot.com), enjoying a delicious lunch, witty, sparkling conversation and lots of laughter. Sally, who hails from Dorset but drove up to Worcestershire for the day, is so passionate and inspirational about her craft. She's also an excellent photographer (flowers being her forte, naturally) and has published several beautiful books (I have them ALL!)
My friend Kate organized a workshop last year, and we all enjoyed it so much that we decided it should be an annual event. Today's workshop was just as much fun, so we're already planning the next one. Can't wait!
