It's beautifully crisp and sunny here today, and there's nothing like a brisk walk in the woods to calm & delight two exuberant puppies. Minus 1C when Ben, Jerry and I braved the elements and headed up the road to the Lickey Hills this morning. I think I'm going to need a ski mask soon though - knew it was time to head home when I could sense frostbite nipping at my nose. Ok so I confess, I am exaggerating just a teensy wee bit ;-) It's not the coldest I've ever been (my record is -15C during Blizzard '05 in New York) but it was really icy.
