We spent a lovely lazy morning nibbling on Victoria sponge cupcakes, sipping Earl Grey tea and watching the Royal Wedding. I just love all the traditional pomp and ceremony, something the Brits do really well. And I loved the dress - stylish, elegant and pretty.
Then an afternoon stroll in the Lickey woods before we continue with the British theme for dinner: pies with chips and gravy.
YUM.
ps. the boys never actually made it to B&Q... they conceded and joined our tea party!
