Baking Baklava

 
Yesterday morning's weather was what the Scots would term "dreich" so it was decided that a spot of baking (something yummy for Elevenses) would be just the thing to cheer us up.

So
we chopped, 
we mixed, 
we stirred, 
we layered, 
we baked, 
we chilled
.... and finally we ate.

And it was good.
And we were cheered.
